Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the interdisciplinary educational team
- Provide support and education to school staff and families regarding student communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulations and school policies
