Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or eligible CA SLP licensure
- ASHA Certification (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates considered
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech/language therapy for approximately 71 K-12 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement therapy sessions onsite
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records, attend meetings, and participate in IEP/504 planning
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor progress throughout the school year
