Step into a rewarding role supporting K-12 students as a school-based Speech Language Pathologist for a vibrant district. This full-time, contract opportunity is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year. You'll have the chance to work directly with a diverse caseload of approximately 71 students, delivering impactful speech and language services within a collaborative educational environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid California SLP license/state credential (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly desired
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Open to new graduates with strong practicum or internship experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver therapy services individually and in small group settings following IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Complete required documentation and attend IEP meetings as needed
  • Contribute expertise to support inclusive education across the K-12 spectrum
