Speech Language Pathologist in Ontario, CA

If you hold your SLP-CCC or are completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), your expertise is sought after to provide high-quality, on-site service.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and California state certification (or ability to obtain before start)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF candidates welcomed and encouraged
- Experience providing speech, language, and communication services to students in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, educators, and families
- Ability to organize a varied caseload and tailor therapy to K-12 student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, voice, language, and fluency disorders through assessments and observations
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language interventions to K-12 students on-site
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and maintain up-to-date records per school and compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to outcomes, and advocate for student communication needs
