School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | San Bernardino, California

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathology license in California
- Recent experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 70-75 students
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP process, and evidence-based intervention
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Comfortable working with a wide range of ages and varying needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students from PK – 12th grade
- Conduct assessments and participate in eligibility meetings
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Utilize best practices in treatment to address language, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic needs
- Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive school climate
Key Assignment Details:
- Full-time, 8 hours daily (40 hours per week)
- Assignment begins as soon as possible and ends on June 5, 2026
