Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Virtual (Bilingual Required)

BlazerJobs, in partnership with local school districts, is seeking a bilingual Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year with San Antonio Independent School District. This full-time role supports a K–12 caseload and includes supervision of an SLPA, making it a great fit for clinicians who are organized, collaborative, and comfortable in a virtual environment.
Position Details
Location: San Antonio, TX (Virtual role) (ZIP: 78205)
Schedule: 40 hours per week
School Year: August 12, 2026 – May 26, 2027
Setting: Virtual
Caseload: K–12 students
Schools Assigned: TBD
Additional Duties: SLPA supervision, indirect services, IEP participation
Responsibilities
Provide indirect speech-language services, including supervising an SLPA
Observe therapy sessions and collect data to support IEP development
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
Ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Manage SLPA supervision requirements, including adding SLPA to licensure
Requirements
Active Texas SLP License (Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation)
ASHA CCCs (if applicable based on experience)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
Ability to supervise an SLPA (or willingness to complete required 2-hour webinar if new to supervision)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and virtual service delivery skills
References required prior to submission
Compensation
0–2 years: $55–58/hour
3–5 years: $58–61/hour
6–9 years: $61–64/hour
10+ years: $64–67/hour
