Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Salisbury, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Hold (or are eligible for) SLP-CCC or are a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Expertise in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of students with a range of speech and language needs
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Utilize teletherapy tools as needed for remote service delivery
- Remain current on best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations
