Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in school-based, pediatric, and teletherapy settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering student progress and inclusion
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records of student progress in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in meetings and provide consultative support to educational staff
- Utilize technology to deliver teletherapy services when needed
- Serve as a resource for staff and families, promoting understanding and engagement in therapy processes
