Grades 9 - 12 Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Salinas, CA

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students from Pre K through Grade 12
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting pediatric speech and language delays and disorders
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student communication goals
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to early childhood, elementary, middle school (Grades 6-8), and high school (Grades 9-12) populations
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Familiarity with speech therapy across various school grade levels: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain detailed records of therapy services delivered
