School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Salinas, California

The district is seeking dynamic, compassionate SLP professionals to provide both direct intervention and comprehensive assessments within a supportive school-based setting.
Preferred applicants have prior SLP experience in California and are bilingual in Spanish, enhancing their ability to foster communication and success for a diverse student population. Licensed SLPs from anywhere are welcome, and travel professionals are encouraged to explore this rewarding position.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience delivering SLP services in a school setting, preferably in California
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students onsite
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
