Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Oregon.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (3-5 years old) is highly desirable.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to children ages 3-5 across Salem and South Marion County.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress.
- Conduct assessments and deliver detailed reporting in accordance with school guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and outcomes.
- Participate in school-based meetings and professional development opportunities.
