Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunities – Salem, OR Area
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive educational organization in the Salem, Oregon area seeking multiple full-time Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work with early childhood populations across several counties in the region.
Position 1: Birth to 3 Years Old
- Multiple full-time openings
- Contract dates: July 6, 2026 – June 11, 2027
- 190-day contract
- Caseload: Birth to 3 years old
- Service areas include Salem and South Marion County
Position 2: Ages 3-5 Years Old
- Multiple full-time openings
- Contract dates: August 21, 2026 – June 9, 2027
- 190-day contract
- Caseload: Children ages 3-5 years old
- Service areas include Marion, Polk, and Yamhill Counties
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric or early intervention populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Support communication development and early learning outcomes
