Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Salem, OR

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
- Valid state licensure for SLPs or SLPAs; experience in school or healthcare settings welcomed
- Comfortable providing both in-person and teletherapy services
- Pediatric experience, especially with preschool-aged children
- Strong commitment to evidence-based practices, collaborative teamwork, and student-centered care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students aged 3-5, addressing language, articulation, social communication, and fluency
- Conduct evaluations, write progress reports, and maintain thorough documentation for compliance
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive learning environment
- Offer guidance, training, and resources to staff and families to help reinforce therapeutic strategies
- Adapt services to meet the diverse needs of each child, whether in-person or via teletherapy platforms
