Ideal candidates will bring expertise in providing speech and language interventions to children ages 3–5 and demonstrate adaptability within diverse educational environments, including both in-person and teletherapy platforms.
What you bring:
- Valid SLP licensure; Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Experience or training in pediatric and school-based speech therapy settings
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for young learners
- Experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) considered a plus
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy services for preschool children
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing support planning
- Utilize teletherapy methods when required to ensure continuity of care
