The school community values teamwork, with faculty and department meetings held twice a month on Wednesdays, fostering both professional growth and collaborative support.
Key Qualifications:
- Current SLP licensure in the state of New Hampshire (must be presented when applying)
- SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status accepted
- Experience in schools or with adolescent populations strongly preferred
- Comfortable managing a predominantly high school caseload; flexibility to support additional caseloads as needed
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to high school students onsite, using evidence-based interventions
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress, maintaining detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Attend twice-monthly department and faculty meetings for professional development and program coordination
- Participate in evaluations, re-evaluations, and contribute to eligibility meetings as required
