What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet a range of student needs
- Completion of district credentialing and fingerprinting prior to start
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to assigned students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations using evidence-based practices
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and educational teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative planning with school professionals
- Document services in compliance with school and district guidelines
