A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2026-2027 school year at a school location in Hopkins, MN. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with children from birth to age 3, providing essential early intervention services. Candidates may begin with Extended School Year (ESY) work or start with the academic year, beginning September 1st and concluding June 3rd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children aged birth to 3.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support communication goals.
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP Certification, including Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Eligibility or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Experience working with birth through age 3 populations in educational or clinical settings.
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language pathology practices and early intervention protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, families, and staff.
