Key Qualifications:
- Current Michigan SLP license (required)
- SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience or strong interest in a school setting, supporting students K-6
- Ability to independently manage an elementary school caseload
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in grades K-6
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success in and out of the classroom
- Provide direct therapy services and track student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
