Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Missouri state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Monolingual (English) proficiency required
- Ability to successfully complete time-sensitive fingerprinting and credentialing within two weeks of contract signing
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
Position Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy, assessments, and interventions to elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work three days per week, splitting time between Trautwein Elementary and Pattonville School District locations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and communicate progress
- Document student progress, maintain thorough records, and comply with district and state requirements
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
