What we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Missouri SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Monolingual English proficiency
- Ability to complete fingerprinting promptly upon contract acceptance for swift onboarding
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- School-based SLP experience preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates who meet all credentials are welcome to apply
How you’ll make a difference:
- Serve multiple elementary campuses, each with a welcoming team and unique caseloads
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to diverse student populations
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with general and special education staff, as well as students’ families
- Monitor progress toward communication goals, maintaining thorough records
- Contribute to IEP planning and interventions
- Provide insightful recommendations and support the overall communication environment in each school
The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through early June 2026. This is a part-time contract—work three days per week, 7.5 hours per day, providing a manageable work-life balance while making a meaningful difference.
