School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - O Fallon, Missouri

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Missouri state SLP license in good standing
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Monolingual (English) proficiency
- Experience within school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to provide services on-site (remote/VOCO not available)
- Must complete fingerprinting promptly after contract acceptance (time-sensitive for a quick start)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy for students at Trautwein Elementary (3 days/week) and within Pattonville School District (3 days/week), totaling 22.5 hours per week
- Assess and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet student speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district/state policies
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for children requiring speech interventions
