Qualifications and Experience:
- Active license and certification (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with PreK–5th grade populations
- Solid understanding of evaluation, intervention, and IEP processes for school-aged children
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized/group speech therapy services
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other educational staff to ensure consistency and success for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute timely, thorough documentation and progress reports
- Provide support and resources to families, empowering them to reinforce lessons at home
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that celebrates every learner’s progress
