Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP-CCC certification
- State licensure (or eligibility) for school-based practice
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfort working with students of varying backgrounds and skill levels
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to PreK–5th grade students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student performance and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute valuable input, and help set achievable goals
- Deliver engaging, inclusive interventions tailored to each student’s needs
