Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ goals
- Prepare accurate progress notes and assist with IEP documentation
- Participate in student-centered meetings and team consultations
- Provide consultative support to school staff on communication strategies
