What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active and valid state licensure and ASHA certification
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Commitment to fostering a positive, supportive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, screenings, and assessments of students’ speech and language skills
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings as a contributing team member
- Provide direct and consultative services, integrating interventions into classroom routines whenever possible
- Engage in professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in education and therapy
