Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Arizona SLP license
- Current fingerprint clearance card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC required)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students (grades K-6) with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student's unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize support for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reporting, including IEP development and participation in meetings
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy in both individual and group settings
- Serve as a resource for classroom staff regarding speech and language development and accommodations
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for diverse learners
