  • Strong communication, organization, and adaptability skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for K–12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals to support student progress
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions and monitor ongoing student needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support inclusive learning
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
  • Comply with professional, ethical, and state licensing requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to student support discussions
