Three full-time positions are available for dedicated and compassionate providers to support growth, learning, and student success in a dynamic school environment. You'll collaborate with a diverse team and impact students with a wide range of communication needs—including those with speech-only challenges, ASD, learning disabilities, and students utilizing AAC devices.
Assignments are contract-based with consistent full-time hours, running Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–3:00 pm. Each caseload consists of 45–55 students, allowing you to truly get to know your group and tailor services for optimal outcomes. The district is eager to interview and welcomes professionals ready to make a difference this school year.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure and certification (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or eligible SLP-A)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy within a school setting
- Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders (speech-only, ASD, learning disabilities)
- Knowledge and experience with AAC devices preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for student-centered care and inclusive educational practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy to assigned students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address each student’s unique needs
- Manage documentation and progress reports in accordance with district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal development
- Implement evidence-based practices and contribute positively to the school community
