Pediatric Speech Therapist in Marietta, GA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team
- Commitment to supporting students with a range of communication and language needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized therapy to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEPs in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Work closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize students’ educational outcomes
- Maintain detailed progress documentation and participate in annual reviews
- Offer resources, guidance, and training to staff and families as needed
- Deliver services for 40 hours per week, including both the traditional and extended school year
