- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students 2.5 days per week
- Conduct student assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and provide direct therapy
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Assist in developing culturally-responsive strategies and materials to support bilingual students
