Requirements and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Oregon
- Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs highly encouraged)
- Experience working with K-12 school populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a K-12 caseload of approximately 50 students
- Perform evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain supportive communication with staff and families
- Contribute actively to the school team and participate in interdisciplinary meetings
- Adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs
