School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Rome, New York

The scope of the role includes work within a residential facility, providing services after school from 2:30 to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, adjusting strategies to individual needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Develop and monitor progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and other specialists for holistic student support
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending state SLP license
- ASHA CCCs is preferred, but Clinical Fellows are enthusiastically encouraged to apply
- Previous school-based experience is a plus
- Comfortable and/or experienced with severe needs populations and AAC devices
