Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Rome, GA

We are seeking two motivated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), to provide essential speech therapy services for children from birth to Pre-K. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license and certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY.
- Experience or coursework in pediatric, early intervention, or school-based environments strongly preferred.
- Comfortable conducting speech therapy in community daycare and outreach settings.
- Familiarity with Pre-K evaluations and early intervention programs.
- Experience or willingness to use teletherapy platforms a plus.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete Pre-K evaluations to identify and address communication needs.
- Conduct early intervention assessments for “Babies Can’t Wait” (BCW) for children from birth to age 3.
- Deliver speech-language services to students with IEPs in community daycare centers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Paddynet.
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, eligibility determinations, and data review sessions to support student progress and compliance.
