Qualifications:
- Hold current Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials
- Eligible for or possess Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- Experience working in school environments preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-12 students across a diverse caseload (exact number of students to be determined)
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress toward communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, student-centered support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Offer guidance and training to staff and parents on strategies supporting student communication
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment
This contract position begins on August 3, 2026, and concludes on May 21, 2027. You’ll enjoy a regular Monday through Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week.
