Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current, active SLP licensure in the state of Michigan
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to elementary students, addressing a wide range of communication needs
- Perform evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and professional guidelines
- Adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities as needed during the leave coverage period
