Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Rio Rancho, NM
This opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in school settings, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare. Located in Rio Rancho, NM, this role offers the chance to support a dynamic student population through both in-person and teletherapy services.
Key responsibilities include managing caseloads with flexibility to serve both a high school and elementary school setting. There is an immediate opening for a part-time position (.5 FTE) at the high school, as well as a full-time assignment (1.0 FTE) covering an elementary school caseload due to an FMLA leave from March 20, 2026, through May 29, 2026. Candidates have the option to split caseloads between the high school and elementary school, offering a versatile work schedule in a collaborative educational environment.
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Valid SLP certification, including CCC-SLP preferred
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech therapy services
- Comfort with teletherapy delivery models
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to adapt and manage caseloads across multiple school levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
