Pediatric School-Based SLP | Corrales, New Mexico

If you are passionate about pediatric speech-language pathology and ready for flexible assignments, this is the ideal position for you. We’re seeking dedicated professionals for immediate high school coverage (part-time, .5 FTE) as well as a full-time elementary caseload for an FMLA leave from March 20, 2026, to May 29, 2026, with the option to split time between high school and elementary settings to suit your preference.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience in school settings and working with pediatric populations
- Healthcare SLP background and teletherapy competency preferred
- State licensure (or eligibility) appropriate for practice in New Mexico
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services for assigned students
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Engage in teletherapy as needed and support diverse caseloads across elementary and high school levels
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team activities
