Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity | Rio Rancho, NM
A supportive and student-focused school district in the Rio Rancho area is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) for the upcoming school year. Position Highlights:
- Full-time school-based opportunity
- Pay range: $55–$65/hour for direct and indirect services
- Multiple caseload options available: PreK, Elementary, Middle, and High School
- CFs welcome with mentorship and supervision provided
- Collaborative multidisciplinary and special education teams
- Guaranteed weekly hours
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Provide direct therapy services and support student communication goals
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New Mexico SLP license or eligibility
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
