Take your expertise in speech-language pathology to a school-based setting this summer! This contract opportunity supports Extended School Year (ESY) services onsite in a friendly and collaborative environment. You'll have the chance to make a direct impact, working with a manageable caseload alongside other skilled professionals.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active SLP license with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience providing SLP services in schools is preferred
- Must hold a current NPI and California CTC credential
- Comfortable providing in-person therapy to diverse student populations
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct on-site SLP services for ESY students with varying speech and language needs
- Manage a small, focused caseload and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Provide make-up minutes and support IEP compliance for assigned students
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement customized treatment plans
- Accurately document progress, maintain records, and communicate results with stakeholders
- Operate within established school hours – this role is 20 hours per week throughout the ESY period (6/10/26 – 7/11/26)
