Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience providing speech therapy in schools preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and workflow
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, speech, and language disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Deliver services both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with legal requirements and district policies
- Offer consultation and support to teachers, parents, and staff for effective integration of therapy techniques
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff training, and professional development initiatives
