Key Qualifications:
- Hold an active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- School-based experience is preferred
- Comfortable working with pediatric populations, including students at the elementary and middle school levels
- Experience or interest in both SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY roles is valuable
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students’ unique needs
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with the educational team
- Deliver direct therapy in one-on-one or group formats
- Engage with teachers, support staff, and families to foster strong student outcomes
- Accurately document therapy sessions, progress, and maintain compliance with all records
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and decision-making processes
- Continually monitor student progress and adapt interventions as necessary
