Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado SLP license
  • ASHA Certification (or eligibility for CFYs)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Knowledge across the spectrum of SLP services including healthcare, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Willingness to support diverse caseloads (caseload specifics to be determined)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
  • Open to applicants who enjoy working in a hybrid (in-person/remote) environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students across three school campuses
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff to implement effective therapy strategies
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
  • Support students in reaching their fullest potential through tailored interventions
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Adapt services for both in-person and remote delivery as needed
