Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Ouray, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP license and current ASHA certification (CCC or eligible CFY)
- Experience in school settings preferred; pediatric or healthcare SLP backgrounds welcome
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to diverse caseloads
- Willingness to commute to/among three school sites
- Comfort with technology for hybrid or remote therapy models
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students (caseload to be determined)
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other therapists
- Monitor progress, maintain compliance records, and participate in student meetings
- Provide engaging, evidence-based interventions in-person and virtually as needed
- Participate as a key member of the school team, supporting inclusive practices
