An opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite within a school setting in Ridgefield, Washington, for the 2026-2027 school year. This position supports students from elementary through high school levels, addressing a variety of speech and language needs across mild to severe disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school grades.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all state and federal educational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must hold current Washington State certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Experience working with children across multiple grade levels (elementary through high school).
- Proven ability to manage caseloads with various types of disabilities, from mild to severe.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with school teams.
Position Details:
- Location: Ridgefield, WA
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day.
- Contract type: School year 2026-2027
