This full-time position for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is located in the Richmond, VA area and serves students within Henrico County Public Schools. This role encompasses supporting a variety of caseloads across different age groups, working alongside SLPA’s and onsite facilitators to deliver effective speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and comply with all school district policies
- Support a caseload that includes multiple age groups and communication disorders
- Utilize a team approach, working closely with SLPA’s and facilitators for optimal student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Virginia SLP License is required
- Experience working in school settings preferred, ranging from entry-level to seasoned clinicians (0+ years)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule: Full-time throughout the contract duration
