This full-time position for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is located in the Richmond, VA area and serves students within Henrico County Public Schools. The contract assignment runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026. This role encompasses supporting a variety of caseloads across different age groups, working alongside SLPA’s and onsite facilitators to deliver effective speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and comply with all school district policies
- Support a caseload that includes multiple age groups and communication disorders
- Utilize a team approach, working closely with SLPA’s and facilitators for optimal student outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Virginia SLP License is required
- Experience working in school settings preferred, ranging from entry-level to seasoned clinicians (0+ years)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Schedule: Full-time throughout the contract duration
