Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (CCC preferred)
- Recent school-based SLP experience highly valued
- Open to new graduates in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Teletherapy experience or willingness to provide services virtually
- Bilingual proficiency preferred, with a passion for supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to educational planning, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and colleagues
- Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions that address student needs and promote academic success
- Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding speech and language development
