Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Richmond, Texas

Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license, Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in pediatrics and school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Split time and manage responsibilities across two campuses, fostering positive relationships with each school’s staff and students
- Collaborate closely with another SLP to ensure a balanced caseload and high-quality services
- Document student progress and outcomes in compliance with district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized student planning
