School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Richmond, California

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California Teaching Credential (required)
- Experience working in school settings, preferably in a similar role
- Proficiency with SEIS (Special Education Information System) for managing student caseloads and documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, on-site speech-language assessment, intervention, and consultation for students with various support needs
- Manage a full caseload in compliance with IEPs, district procedures, and state regulations
- Utilize SEIS for accurate record-keeping, progress monitoring, and creating required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and families to design and implement effective intervention strategies
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and advocacy for student needs
