Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Richmond, CA

Qualifications:
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; SLP-CFYs encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, and/or healthcare SLP roles
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms welcomed
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to inclusive, student-centered care
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse K-12 student population
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments to K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct services on-site and/or via teletherapy
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress, conduct data collection, and maintain compliant documentation
- Offer consultation and strategies to staff and caregivers
