- Compensation: $47–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- CCC-SLP preferred, but qualified Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Previous school-based, pediatric, or early childhood experience preferred
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders, articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication interventions
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to Pre-K and elementary students
- Maintain accurate treatment notes, progress monitoring data, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and support staff to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and educational planning
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address articulation, language, fluency, pragmatic language, and communication challenges
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Support students in developing the communication skills necessary for success in the classroom and beyond
