Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license for North Carolina (or qualifying eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy approaches
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic language concerns
- Maintain timely, detailed records for student progress and compliance
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to promote speech and language development across settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for service delivery
- Travel between two school sites as scheduled
